Manajer Unit (MU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female with max age 36 years old
  • Min D3
  • Preferably experienced min 2 years as micro unit leader or 3 years as credit analyst/marketing in micro finance unit
  • Mastering in local language and cultural
  • Experienced in lead a team
  • Have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female with max age 32 years old
  • Min D3
  • Preferably experienced min 2 years as sales/marketing in micro banking or finance (BPR, Koperasi and Multi Finance)
  • Computer literate min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Mastering in local language and cultural
  • Have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Marketing Unit (MKU)

Requirements
  • Male/Female with max age 32 years old
  • Min D3
  • Preferably experienced min 1 year as sales/marketing in micro banking or finance (BPR, Koperasi and Multi Finance)
  • Mastering in local language and cultural
  • Experienced in lead a team
  • Have customer base and vehicle (SIM C)
Kolektor Unit (KLU)

Requirements
  • Male with max age 30 years old
  • Min SLTA
  • Preferably experienced min 2 years as a collector in micro banking or finance (BPR, Koperasi and Multi Finance)
  • Computer literate min MS Office (Word and Excell)
  • Have own vehicle (SIM C)
