The ASEAN Sectretariat (ASEC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the following vacant positions
Chief Security
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with Safety & Security Training;
- Minimum related Work Experience 4 years;
- Safety and Security Knowledge and skills and very good sense of security discipline that consistent with international organization environment;
- Skills on Effective Communication and familiarity with communication technology e.g. VHF, HF System;
- Coordination and networking skills; Supervision and people skills; Monitoring and assessment skills; Negotiating and conflict resolution skills;
- Bilingual - Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both in verbal and writing; Computer skills – word, excel, PowerPoint
Requirements
- At least Senior High School
- At least two years of experience performing security function in government, international organisation, or private sectors with proven record of trustworthiness, sound, and quick judgement.
Requirements
- At least Diploma (D-III) degree of office administration or public relation.
- At least 1 year of experience performing telephone operator or receptionist function in government, international organisation, or private sectors.
