General Requirements

• Single (1), age between 21 - 26 (1), 24 - 30 (2), 28 - 35 (3)
• Min D3 (1), S1 (2, 3)
• Fresh Graduate from reputable university or max having 2 years working experience (1)
• Having min 2 years of experience in banking or retail industry, and knowledge of the banking products are an advantage (2)
• Having min 2 years of sales leadership and management experience, experience in banking is advantage but not compulsory (3)
• Having good selft discipline in sales monitoring and performance manageement (3)
• Strong selft-motivation for improvement
• Positive attitudes are essential in performing sales and services activities
• Pleasant yet assertive in communication skills
• Fair (1, 2), Fluent (3) English skills, verban and in writting
• Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga offices
