- Manufacturing (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering)
- Corporate Technical Service (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering)
- Logistics & Export (Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering)
- Sales & Marketing (from all majors)
- Minimum S1 with GPA ≥ 3:00
- Fresh graduates (graduating this year or 2012) or no more than 1 year working experience
- Active in the organizations / extracurricular activities
- Able to work in a team
- Caring and communicative interaction with others
- Have a good analysis, open to learning and innovative
- Able to motivate yourself to do more and have integrity and act as role-models
