- ATT-III/ATT-IV certified (Engineering Expert III/IV)
- 2 sheets of 3x4, and 2 sheets of 4x6 color photograph (with red background)
- Male, with max age 29 years old (per 31 December 2012)
- Having a complete sailor requirements
- Copy of ID Card and Family Card (KK)
- Have a valid SKCK
- Have a drug free certificate from state public hospital
- Have a medical certificate from state public hospital
