PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is a foremost automotive-based company in Indonesia/ The Company's major business are as assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and also spare parts manufacturer. TMMIN was established in 2001 and as a joint venture company between Toyota Motor Corporation, a largest automotive company in the world from Japan (95% shares) with PT Astra International Tbk, a largest automotive based holding company in Indonesia (5% shares). TMMIN is based in Jakarta and operates 2 manufacturing plants in Sunter Jakarta and Karawang West Java with production capacity 100,000 units per year. Sunter production facility for Assembly Plant and Packing. While Karawang plant for Welding Plant, Painting, and Assembly. During the first semester of 2012, Toyota production rose 79.25% to 79,161 units from 44,000 units in the first semester of 2010.

Requirements:
  • ACADEMY Graduate, Majoring from Mechanical, Electro, Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting) with GPA > 2.75 (scale of 4.00) with strong involvement in organizational activities.
  • Preferably of age are max. 25 years old.
  • Computer literate, min. MS office
  • Fluent in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
  • Having high willingness to learn
  • Initiative and good analysis
  • Hard worker and able to work in team
