Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll process and analyze everything related to compensation & benefits
- Coordinate and ensure all activities related to the administration of employee Benefit, Payroll, Tax PPH 21, and reporting goes well.
Requirements:
- Male / Femaleage max 33 years
- Min 3 years experience in Insurance, Payroll, HR-IS, Compensation & Benefits as a Supervisor, preferably from similar industry (finance) / 1 years experience as Asst Manager.
- Min Education S1 Accounting with min GPA 3.00 (scale of 4)
- Strong communication and good leadership and able to work in a team or individually.
- Have a high motivation, systematic, honest and trustworthy, dynamic, flexible, and able to build and maintain a good relationship with any party.
- Know about Job Evaluation, salary structure & tax return
- Understanding and control of employee compensation & benefits
- Understand and master tax (PPh 21)
- Have good analytical, detail oriented
