Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facilitating process for business plan development
- Review & Monitor progress / performance of business plan execution
- Review & monitor the development of KPI
- Manage shareholders / various stakeholder communication
- Develop & Manage the Merger & Acquisition sub unit
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance (preferably in banking / Telco Industry, MBA degree in finance is a plus)
- Strong understanding about telecommunication business and operation is a plus
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Hands-on experience in the provision of corporate planning development & merger and acquisition
- Advance communication and colaboration skills
- Advance skill of people/team management
- Solution & Result Oriented
- Fluency in English is a must
