Sub Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitor Branch's business and operational activities in providing high quality services to customers.
- Promote Banking products & services to increase Branch sales performance.
- Manage and supervise marketing and back office team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): people management, marketing, banking operation.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.
- Good communication and strong leadership skill
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Loan/Mortgage.
