Tour Staff

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound tour package for overseas customer especially from China
- Preparing tour operational needs with approriately and accurately
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Able do conversation with Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia language is a must
- Willing to work in Harmoni - Jakarta Pusat
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Interest with travel industry
Reservation Staff
Jakarta Raya - Harmoni - Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
- Selling room reservations and provide excellence customer service to our callers and guests
- Answer incoming reservation calls accordance with the company standards
- Make reservations approriately and accurately
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Maks. 28 years old, High School or Diploma Degree from any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Harmoni - Jakarta Pusat.
- 1-2 years of previous reservations experience is advantage
- Ability to tactfully sell and upsell, and well grooming
- Telephone etiquette & Strong guest service skills
- Excellent communication and self motivated
- Ability to problem solve and detail oriented
